Hi Ian and Team
Craig and I took possession of our granny flat on Saturday and we are absolutely thrilled with it.
I wanted to take this opportunity to commend your team on the amazing job they do. Each and every person we have dealt with at Newcastle Granny Flats has been a pleasure to deal with and we have enjoyed the hassle free experience each and every one of your staff members has given us.
Terry has been a pleasure to deal with from the beginning and the constant hand holding we needed along the way was much appreciated! He has so much patients and is very helpful and somehow manages to maintain his sense of humour (Even after I called him after the rain water tanks was installed and told him I hated it ) however it's all good now.
Ben could not have made this build any easier than he did. We were kept updated with progress pictures the whole way along and it made us feel relaxed and "kept in the loop" the entire build.

  1. Any property in NSW that is a minimum of 450 square metres with a minimum frontage of 12 metre is eligible for approval.
  2. Trenz handle all required building approvals for you
  3. Building approval can be done through a registered certifier
  4. Construction can be completed in 8 to 10 weeks
  5. All work is fully covered by Home Owners Warranty for at least 7 years.
